We will require :

• Proof of finance i.e. bond instruction and/or guarantees and/or proof of funds in Trust

If you are an estate agent or agencies and have sold a property, up to 80% of the sale commission due to you, can be advanced within plus/minus 48 hours of the letter of undertaking being issued by the transferring attorney stating that the sale transaction or purchase transaction is secure and will proceed.
